Cancellation Policy

Fresh Maid Servicesunderstands that you might have to cancel or reschedule your service do to unforeseen circumstances and scheduling conflicts. However, we do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service that you contact the office at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning date. If you do not give us at least a 24 hour notice you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35. 

 

SERVICES NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME:
Unfortunately, at this time there are a few services that Fresh Maid Services are unable to offer at this current time.

LAUNDRY
Laundry can take up to several hours to complete (washing, drying, and folding) for a single load and is a time consuming task and believe that the time we spend in your home should be focused on making sure that it is 100% “Fresh Maid” Clean.

DISHES
If we find that there are dirty dishes that are left in the sink we don’t mind placing them in the dishwasher and running a cycle. So we can properly clean and scrub the sink properly. If there are any remaining dishes beyond that we will place them in the sink to soak after the sink has been cleaned.
We do not stack or put up dishes because we do not know where the dishes belong in your home and would not want to cause you and inconvenience.

HIGH WINDOWS AND CABINETS
For the safety of our cleaning professionals, we do not clean any windows or cabinets that require a ladder to reach.

PET & HUMAN EXCREMENT
Due to sanitary and health safety concerns, we do permit our cleaning professional to clean up dog or cat feces, urine or vomit. This also applies to any human feces, urine or vomit.

CARPET CLEANING
At this time we do not provide any steam cleaning for carpets.

In the event that our cleaning professional find any lewd, suggestive, or illegal items publicly displayed, the cleaning will cease and a refund will be issued.
